We occasionally have puppies. We breed to the Canadian Kennel Club standard. All breeding stock is tested for von Willebrand’s Disease (a blood clotting disorder), thyroid function and liver panel/bile acid test. Cardiac testing is done yearly with the annual veterinary examination.
     All puppies are wormed and get at least two vaccinations. They’ve had their dewclaws removed, tails docked and ears cropped. We do not sell uncropped puppies. If you live nearby we’ll help with ear taping until the ears are standing properly. Puppies are normally cropped between 7½-9 weeks of age and can usually go home a week or two later.
     Each puppy is covered by our refund/replacement policy, which we’ll be happy to discuss with you in detail. Should you get a puppy from us, we ask that you call us immediately if for any reason you are unable to continue to care for your dog.
     A reference from your veterinarian is helpful when adopting one of our puppies and pro­spective owners must have a fenced yard.
